About Us

RJN Care Solutions

We are a small, family-run service led by a husband-and-wife team, both Registered Mental Health nurses with each 3 decades of experience working in the NHS.

We also care for our son with a severe learning disability. This personal insight as well as professional expertise has helped us to provide person centred care . We also help our older relative maintain independence and wellbeing through our ongoing support.

As parents supporting our 27 yrs old son with a severe learning disability, we’ve walked the path many families face: navigating transitions, working with adult services, and supporting him to build a life filled with dignity, joy, and meaningful connection.

Inspired by these experiences we created RJN Care Solutions to offer flexible, responsive, and person centred care —the kind we wished existed when we needed it most.

    Director

Registered Mental Health Nurse | Specialist in CBT, DBT & Mindfulness | Trainer & Supervisor

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 34 years of frontline experience—I am also a cognitive behaviour therapist practicing since 2009.
I have worked across inpatient units, community teams, and crisis services. I have worked closely with families and clients with a range of difficulties helping to provide solutions to their challenges.
I understand ageing, loss, and cognitive change and my work with older adults is grounded in dignity, empathy, and practical support.
At the heart of this I am a care giver to both my disabled son and my mother. This lived experience has given me a deep understanding of the difficulties of getting the right people to provide the right care when needed.
This has inspired me to co create RJN Care Solutions in order to provide a flexible and adaptable service to the individuals and families that need it.
